I lost my remote. Emailed them asking if I could buy a replacement. They said no and just sent me a new fan. The fan is ok. Doesn't push a lot of air. But it's cheap and quiet. I paid $60 I think.

I bought and installed three of these when renovating our beach place two years ago. I've had to replace all three of them and the fourth that was a free replacement is starting to show the same signs of a weakening motor. It was a huge hassle and I would absolutely not buy them again.
