For what it's worth, I've had two of these and the main compartment zippers have failed on both within about a year or light use. The warranty process is glacial if it fails under warranty.

Was thinking of replacing my 10 yr old nf surge with this but it doesn't seem well thought out

Lots is scratchy fabric interior and oddly sized pockets

Zippers don't feel smooth and the 2 larger zipper areas in the back kept getting stuck

Feels like a big drop in quality compared to my older Swiss gear stuff
