Confirmed. I just chatted online with an agent; if it says "any device/any condition" then I'd expect to be able to trade in my old watch 2 where the screen fell off. The rep said that whether they give the full $100 credit is totally up to their inspection team, and any reduction in value they assign, I'd be responsible for paying (or per their terms, they can remotely disable the device).
To me, this is bait-and-switch. I'm pretty sure they would lose in court, but I'm also sure it isn't worth my time or the hassle to risk it.

I was able to get an extra $50 off by simply asking chat support if there was an additional one time promo discount that could be applied to my order. They made me a checkout link.

Incorrect information. In the ad, it says "any watch, any condition", but once you buy the watch and you receive the confirmation email it says "any smart watch" which functions properly and has no cracks.

After talking to a representative for over a half an hour, my price increased by $25 instead of decreasing. I was able to get the 44mm Watch 8 with LTE for $159 or $183 after talking to the representative. kinda shady.

Got my watch yesterday, Did the setup and updates. I charged it up to 100% and 3 hours later I wore it to bed. All good, Went to work today and the watch was at 5% battery at 2:30 in the afternoon. So the battery lasted about 20 hours, thats crap. My pixel watch 2 will easily go 24 - 28hrs between charges. Is this the new normal you have to charge the watch every 20hrs?
