Get the latest drivers. AMD pretty much whitelisted all games that used FSR3.1. Cyberpunk has had FSR4 support for about a month now without the need for optiscaler.

My microcenter has 25+ of these. If you can wait until the super cards come out, these will finally hit msrp and likely lower

Is this the MSRP? If it can match a 5070 Ti at this price it's a great deal

The 5070ti does NOT beat this card in every game! HardwareUnboxed has a great video going over a lot of different games, it's not a clean sweep for the 5070ti. Personally got this card for Monster Hunter Wilds & Oblivion Remastered, two games that it has an advantage in.
Downsides are that you don't get the Nvidia suite of software. AMD's software has come a long way but it's still lacking. I updated my drivers about 2 months ago and it installed some random branch of their pro drivers like ??? Had to DDU my way back to the latest ones. FSR 4 fights me every game I want it enabled in like Cyberpunk, you're not able to use it unless you download 3rd party software.
These issues really don't bother me as someone who tinkers for fun, but the average user should look to team green imo.

The world is healing….for now. AMD needs to drop the 9700xt back to MSRP now that the 5070ti can regularly be found at its MSRP.

And if you are or intend to be a Linux user once Windows 10 expires, AMD is the way to go.

When NVidia comes with Super Cards out AMD will be forced to reduce the prices on all their cards by quiet a bit. This is not a good time to buy a video card.

That was the MSRP when first launched. I waited in line at MC for this card but ended up with a XFX RX 9070 Swift for $549.99 because they sold out on the XT cards.

How do you like the 9070 so far? Thinking of getting one in the near future

I had issues with older drivers causing the GPU to flicker and reset when I first got it but they fixed all of that issues and to be honest I don't regret saving $50 and getting the 9070 instead of the 9070XT. I can play every game in 1440p without issues on high (except Cyperpunk which I have to use mid settings)
