This is a High Risk, High Reward deal because of so many discrepancies. I came across this deal and decided to just take a chance for just over $40 with taxes. What I received was a fully functioning 120w panel that was definitely not in the description or title (this is NOT a suitcase style panel). The pictures are absolutely wrong. The listed dimensions and weight were both incorrect too. The only thing that seemed correct was the wattage. BUT, I tested the panel that I received and was showing 21 V oc and 91 watts on my power station at 124 degrees. The unit and box were both in new condition and I ordered another set today. This model's (RSP120EF) retail price is $299.99 directly from Renogy and $136 on Amazon.
