Battery life is ultimately determined by how often the camera is triggered and how good the WiFi signal is. I have some cameras that get very little action and the batteries are over 2 years.
Cameras where I watch wildlife with plenty of hits I might only get 4-6 months.

That being said I'd rather invest in eufy if I didn't already have blinks. I'm grandfathered into the cloud and am anti subscriptions. They have local recording and backup to a home base. Or I'd look into a CCTV system if you can do it.

lol $300. I've got the older ones, my first pair of lithium lasted over 4 years while living in apartments, just enable when I leave and disable when I get home it really only recorded inspections from property managers and me forgetting to turn it off. Meanwhile doorbell is about 6 months. The newer doorbell has 3 batteries probably because they get triggered often. I also use lithium rechargeables and haven't noticed any issues. A couple of my cameras also have gotten over four years before needing new batteries and were also triggered fairly often.
