The email says original price was like $17 or $18.

Anyway, got a couple of sizes to see which one would fit better.

I got trampled one time with track cleats like this one time in a relay race because my teammate smoked pot before the race and had the reactions of an old man. So he's supposed to run and take the baton. Instead, I run into him because he never ran and two of the other teams step on me. Arm was bleeding pretty bad.

Don't do drugs before your track meet kids.

Unless you are running competitively (think HS/college track/CC events) - you most likely don't need these.

i like the color, it says the spikes are removable, could i remove them and wear as regular shoes?

I'd like to know too. I used to wear a pair of puma track-ish shoes they don't make anymore cause they were super lightweight and breathable but no spikes like these

I wouldn't use them for that. If you truly want to train at those distances and really want to be as quick as possible in a track spike, I'd look for a middle-distance shoe.

No. The forefoot of the bottoms is basically a hard plate and will be very slippery on regular floors, and the heals are not really meant to walk on regularly. There is virtually ZERO impact absorption.
