YMMV BM Ooni Koda 12 Gas-powered oven with peel at Lowes BM for $257.37. See attached pics. Lowes in (North) Durham, NC. 2 in stock. Speaking from experience, I suggest getting the 16" if you can swing it (or find a deal on a used one on FB marketplace) unless you're only cooking for 1 or 2 people. Making multiple 12" pizzas in a row can turn into a chore.
