So, I got mine. It's as small and convenient as it claims, which is a big plus, when carrying it around in a pocket. I don't know if it has all the power it claims, though I'd tend to doubt it, since it seems to go down about 1% - by it's own counter per 1% it charges my phone.
But the worst part about it is that it charges VERY slowly. Slower than regular non-high speed or PD chargers. But it did the job when I forgot my USB-C cable on my recent trip, and charged my phone on the plane. But if you're looking for a quick top-up while walking around, you're getting it slowly instead with this.
