This is a creator laptop, not a gaming one, and for that, the RTX 4050 is perfectly adequate. Tired of seeing such comments on almost every creator laptop thread.

Good specs overall but outdated video card with average performance.

I spent the last 2 hours trying to find a laptop better than this one for long term general usage. Every other computer in this price range has significant downgrades for minor upgrades. Most PCs have CPUs with nearly half the performance, 16gb of ram which is borderline obsolete already(just having 15 browser tabs open to research is using 19GB of ram). For every 1 upgraded spec like a better GPU usually results in worse screen, lower storage and ram, and slower CPU. You have to pay a decent chunk more to get anything better than what this comes with. The closest I could find was this microcenter deal for $50 more, which has a nice GPU upgrade, RGB keyboard, but 1TB storage and you have to live close to microcenter https://www.microcenter.com/produ...adow-black
