I meant that, in general, there is no RTX 5070 Ti laptop with a 170W power draw.

It's probably an error then. Many reviews indicate significantly lower wattage, and only the 5080/5090 models have a maximum wattage of 170W.

All 5070TI Mobile draws 140W. Desktop runs at 300W. The 16 will run at 140W while the 16S which I have run 115W with Dynamic Boost. Do not be discourage. You can NVFLASH this easily to make it 125W or 140W too making the 16S a full wattage 5070 TI mobile. All you need to worry about is the additional heat generated which a decent laptop cooler will solve. There are reports some do not see noticeable heat difference.
