thanks! I needed some of these and this is a good price - short of buying 400 of one size!

Cheaper than the 2 x 8"x50 feet rolls for $12 that I usually get.

that would be a normal price I would pay... too much for a set with tiny bags. you could find better/cheaper and tiny bags suck, rather have a bigger pre-cut than pay .07 for 10x6's.

buy once cry once, go for a shit ton in the size you would use. cheaper in the end, especially when you buy later and prices rise from inflation.

I usually buy steaks in bulk then vacuum seal individually to freeze and sous vide later. Will the 6x10 bags be big enough for 8-10oz Ribeyes and NY strips?

A 10 ounce ribeye is typically 1 inch thick and about 5 inches in diameter. NY Strips are about 4 inches wide and 6 inches long.

I do the same, but would say the 6x10 would be a bit small. If you force it, may be difficult to seal properly. That said, I typically don't buy pre-sized bags, preferring the rolls to conform to whatever size I need. But from an overall total length, these seems to be an excellent deal. I'm gonna give these a shot

Looks like Amazon is out of multiple-size packs? Only offering single-sized packs. Not same discount either.

Yes, it seems like they are sold out, and with not much of a discount on the other choices. I was able to find a deal very comparable and with over 7,000 reviews.Subscribe and save fo $!7.00.

Straight from freezer to water. Takes longer (steak that would take an hour fresh takes 90 minutes from frozen) but so convenient. When done, remove from bag, pat dry and sear in cast iron pan. Restaurant quality.
