I would strongly suggest avoiding Ecoflow, especially for critical and higher end energy storage. Their products are at the high end of the market but the quality is suspect, the software updates are often not properly tested, and their marketing is focused on getting influencers to pose as real customers on social media to mislead people (their Reddit has been flooded with people pretending to be customers but are clearly employees or influencers).
