The C710N gives you about 2× the battery life, clearer calls (better noise reduction and voice pickup), auto-pause when you remove an earbud, touch controls, and stronger noise cancellation.

Trade-offs: it's a bit larger/heavier and requires an app.

If those extras matter, the extra $20 is likely worth it. If you're unsure, buy both, test them side by side, and return the one you don't prefer.

I have used its prior model, C500 for a year. Excellent battery life and sound quality. Its sound isolation works so well that they can 2x as ear pro. And they stayed in my ear well. The only con: they will cause discomfort if you wear them too long.

anyone have experience with the seller? I don't really trust third party refurbishers with items I'm sticking in my body
