amazon has off brand projectors for way cheaper every day.. just for those that didn't know and don't need newest and best
the sub $100 ones I tried are basically kids toys and sound like a jet engine running while running (cooling fan). any recommendations for silent or near silent ones? I assume this Samsung isn't that loud?

The Samsung freestyle is not bad, but LG cine Q is also pretty quiet, but the audio on both isn't that great. The Samsung has better sound quality. Nebula was a solid choice but don't know about now
Both devices have looked pretty interesting from my vantage point as a person who doesn't need another projector. However, I'm loathe to buy any projector which has an app dependency for key functionality.
