Timing: The Capital One Auto Navigator Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins
at approximately 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on September 12, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 1, 2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Eligibility: To be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes for a chance to win a Prize, anyone entering the Sweepstakes ("Participants") must, at the time of the Drawing, meet all of the following requirements: (i) be a resident of one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (the 'Territory'); (ii) be 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in the Participant's jurisdiction as of the date and time of participation; (iii) be a registered user of Facebook or Instagram (each, a "Participant").
