How does this compare with a tarp? I figure you can always throw something on top of it and that blanket can be washed separately.

I get all the comments about "staff" posts but this is actually not a bad deal.

I remember searching for this stuff and even visited stores (Walmart, TJ Maxx) and these quality-level mats are near $10 ~ $15

I don't care if it's a shill deal because this would be fine as an occasional use outdoor blanket, especially at $6. Just don't wash it multiple times like the idiot on Amazon reviews...
