Just be aware. I got a gift of a very similar Joyroom product (sans the keychain loop) which never worked. I wrote to Joyroom. They asked for the serial # and the Amazon order #. I sent them a picture of all the information written on the product. They still insisted on the order #. I explained to them that I am not going to ask the gift giver since he would feel bad for gifting a lemon. Why do they need the order # anyway? If it is to see when the defective product was sold it could be closely estimated from the serial # (presuming they have a decent system of inventory control).

Perhaps to refund you the money which is usually what these third party sellers do in these situations
