I have a clippable coupon that made it $447 for me. Most likely targeted.

Have been pretty happy with my epix gen 2 but I wish I didn't go for the DLC version. It scratches really easy in my opinion.

I had one too, but for some reason it went away after about 2 hours...probably for the best. It looks nice but is probably more than I need in a running watch...that said it was a hell of a discount.

I wanted to update from my 255 so I picked up a epix gen 2 non pro and ran with it for a few weeks...

It's so much larger and heavier that it became a nuisance

Returned it and will stick with only forerunners going forward

They are so much lighter and don't flop around

I have a forerunner 955 currently. The last one with a mips screen. I may just see if I can sell the garmin epix pro 2. The flashlight would be nice though and updated sensors. I would be more interested in the enduro 3 though if a deal comes along but this deal was super good with the clipped coupon.

If I had that coupon, I'd be tempted to keep it as a 2nd (non running) watch but I'm not sure how Garmin deals with swapping watches constantly and I don't think I need this level of equipment yet
