We have this one at home and like most it can be messy but slapping the side with your hand dispells most the situation. We also have the cuisineart one that's also on sale here at the office and that thing takes forever and is very loud. We often avoid brewing a second pot because of that fact. We can set this to about 15 seconds for an 8 cup pot and it's an excellent range of grind size since it doesn't have preset clicks. Easy to clean too!
We have it in blue, but we are buying this one to replace that one and then donating it to our office. Keeping it white will be the challenge. We usually store our pourover on top of the hopper...

Bought this 8 years ago. At least for the black one, the outer plastic got sticky after about a year, and then died after about 3 years. I bought the Oxo grinder and it's been significantly better in every way except it's a little bit taller. I think definitely better to get the Capresso one on sale now that was also posted on SD or wait for a sale on the Oxo one.

The Capresso one on sale now is fantastic. Have 4 of them deployed with various family and homes over the last 10 years or so.

Pro Tip: to avoid the messy static buildup that flings the ground coffee all over when opening the bin, just put a few drops of water into the whole bean hopper before grinding.
