I bought this last time around. For a few bucks more, I would get the ThermoPro. It's just built better and feels better to use.

I also bought this last time and using it caused me to over cook chicken.
Good price but not a great product.

I've never used a meat thermometer in my life. I just do eye test and slice if it looks undercooked continue lol

I just broke one of these. The plastic part at the bending part came clean off. It all seems to be made with fragile plastic. At this price I wouldn't doubt it.

It's more of a concern for checking the internal temperature of poultry like chicken or turkey. With red meat, killing bacteria is less of a concern.

very true, but I usually air fry chicken, steak. only have cooked whole turkey once or twice a year. also dont mind eating well done steak even though it might be hard to eat, too chewy.
