On the list of dangerous things that shouldn't be available cheaply, tattoo machines have gotta be somewhere near the top. These are literally hypodermic needles being sold to people with no training in needle handling, let alone in tattoo artistry. Forget just comically bad tattoos, blood-borne disease is the real hazard here.
