That said, it's almost certainly going to influence both the taste and texture.
I'm sure this would be great for cooking and diluted drinks but not if you're looking for a straightforward cappuccino or similar.

What does the government have to do with it? Isn't it just greedy corpos that want to put corn in everything because it is cheap? Corpos then get tax breaks, so I guess there's a trickle down going on, but isn't that any industry by that definition? Do you have a link? I'm interested.
