Most of these unfamiliar brands don't work what they promise.
When you have a dozen changeable guides and heads the chance of losing one/many is much higher- odds are you won't use more than a few adapters anyway... nicer when built in. (more likely to break them too with the adding and removing if separate). If you want the changeable heads/guides though... they don't get much cheaper than this for a known brand.
