Timing: Entry into the 2025 MOUNTAIN DEW® "DEW CITY" SWEEPSTAKES AT FOOD CITY (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 13, 2025

ELIGIBILITY: You must be a legal U.S. resident residing in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee or Virginia throughout the Sweepstakes Period and 18 years of age (19 in AL) or older at the time of entry to be eligible to win.

Prize: GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of a $25,000 cash prize awarded in the form of a check. Actual Retail Value (ARV): $25,000. b. FIRST PRIZES:
