I'm buying a 2 post car lift for my shop. I think the concrete bolts are 3/4" x 12 pieces, does this have enough power to drill 3/4" holes in concrete? Obviously I'd have to have a bit with a 1/2" shank.

Buy/rent a rotary hammer. Way too little tool to drill 12 holes through 5+ inches of concrete.

If you have batteries already i would check FB market place and get the bigger dcd999, dcd998 or dcd996. You can get them for $100 and will do way better than this will.

This can probably do it if it was 2 or 3 bolts but it will get hot fast and probably burn it up.

This Drill is more for masonry / concrete for small stuff that's 1/4" maybe pushing it going to 1/2".

Oh yeah its its 3/4" x 5inch bolt you'll do way better with a rotary hammer drill. I wouldn't use this drill for that.

Over a decade ago, I bought a Dewalt kit for $100 that came with impact drill, regular drill, two batteries, bag, and charger. Now the regular drill chuck is falling apart, going to upgrade to an impact!

Nope. Even 3/16 into brick is pretty slow with this drill but better than a non hammer. Corded SDS Plus is like a hot knife through butter it's not even a contest.
This is fine for standing on a ladder adding some wall anchors but I still get the SDS Plus out for anything on the ground since it's so much better.

Thanks for the information, I'll pass on this one. Looking for one that will handle the job, even if it's corded.
