I'm not in Seattle, but are you sure "everyone" is referring to Visible+ and not the base Visible (which is limited to around 30mbps and deprioritized, I think)? I live about 100 miles south and use Visible+ as my best option for home internet. My connection is typically between 100-300mbps.

No. The term was referring to: You cannot use promotion and/or referral credit to drop to your service to $0/mo (less than $5/mo) when you pay monthly. For the annual plan, no additional payment needed during the 12 months after the initial big bill. (I'm a current annaual plan user, and have been using referral credit to pay monthly in the past.)

That's their standard terms wording but $5 minimum monthly charge only applies to monthly plans when combining multiple discounts -- annual plans are paid in full upfront so no monthly charges and no refunds if you want to cancel or leave

They have $19/mo promo plan and if you also have $20 referral credit then your monthly fee will not be $0 -- they'll charge min $5 for the month when combining both

If you have $29/mo plan then using $20 credit makes it $9/mo which is fine
There's no monthly charge for annual plans


Discount is for first year then reg price

Probably trying to compete with Mint Mobile (TMo) and US Mobile Dark Star (ATT) annual plan promos

I have been on Visible plan (not plus) for almost 2 years and absolutely love it...had no issues and have used it while traveling throughout US from east to west coast...in places like NY, SFO, GA, NC, FL, etc....even driving on highways had a great signal both for calls and Internet

My personal experience: Been using the base plan for 2-3 years now. Live in Downtown Los Angeles. Occasionally lost internet signals in building, can't tell whether it's the phone or just the sim got deprioritized. But as long as I'm under the sun, I can watch 1080p video with no issues.

I live on the East Coast and used Verizon for 7 years. I switched to Visible as my service provider this year. 5G is fast and has no disconnection ever. Visible was my best choice ever. I use Pro Plan and paid $5 for the first month (Referral bonus and promotion). I paid $23 for the remaining months of 2025 (promotion+inner circle). I will pay $29 for the Pro plan next year.

It's better than US mobile warp as far as service. I had both and US mobile warp premium unlimited for some reason doesn't get as good reception and service as my visible pro +.US mobile does have better international coverage included though if that's important to you go with US mobile. If not go with Visible.
