Personally, I really dislike how they make you enter the promo codes on Amazon, but those are the steps.
So how long until the adhesive detaches and this falls on your foot while in the shower?
Usually, the adhesive on these things is very strong. It's the plastic clips you have to worry about
The best thing you can do with any of these are to make sure you're installing it properly -- clean the surface heavily beforehand (dawn powerwash, alcohol wipes), make sure it's fully dry, hold the adhesive sticker against the surface with some pressure for 30-60 seconds, and let it sit for at least 24 hours before attaching the metal holder. Most of these will stay up great, but again a few brands use such a terrible adhesive
