I have had nothing but good results from them. Keys are a bit overpriced but I recently upgraded from office 2013 to 2024. Works great. Thumbs down for you.

So if I decide to deactivate it on one computer then I can reinstall in on another computer without any issues.

I have a libreoffice computer and an ms office computer at home. Some things are just much smoother in ms office. For most home stuff libreoffice is enough.

I purchased it then found out that you needed to download an "Installed" from their site. I didn't feel comfortable downloading an "Installer" from a 3rd party so I asked if the key provided could be used on a downloaded version of the software directly from MS.
Was told no and was provided a link to an LTSC MS site and given a refund. The customer service chat was quick and polite. No issues with the customer service. They may be a good company and the review was positive, but I just did not want to take a chance with an "Installer"
