eARC can transmit uncompressed audio formats like Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, and object-based formats like Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, where ARC is limited to lower fidelity compressed formats like Dolby Digital and DTS
eARC uses HDMI 2.1 which is capable of higher bandwidth, where ARC operates on HDMI 1.4, limiting the audio transmission.
eARC supports better lip-sync correction and automatic device recognition
eARC is better at sending audio to external sound systems
For eARC, though, obviously both your TV and sound system must support HDMI 2.1 and eARC explicitly.
I found the user manual for this speaker. The way it is designed is that the sound bar itself is the front left/right and center speaker, and the subwoofer is wireless, which also provides power to the left and right surround speakers. The subwoofer should be located near the seating position, with the left and right surround speakers to the side/rear of the listeners. This is the layout configuration and makes a lot of sense since the subwoofer is only a 5.25-inch driver so its output will be very limited. The closer it can be to the listening position, the better quality its bass response would be to the listener.

Solid value for a sound bar. Significant chance it's better than built in TV speakers.
Just realize that there's no upgrade path. So if you're a music junkie and want more, you're going to have to take what you can get selling it.
Speaker nerds on SlickDeals will crap on me (already expecting it), but for most people, get a digital amp and run a 2.1 setup with a cheap sub and two high quality shelf speakers. Shelf speakers can be wall mounted, and digital amps are compact. The shelf speakers can become rears if you want to continue the upgrade path.
Zero chance of this happens for $63, though. Unless you're stealing. At that point, grab the TV, too. 😹
