This is magnesium glycinate (same thing as magnesium bisglycinate). This is generally the best form of magnesium supplement.

Supplement manufacturers all seem to choose different serving sizes, making it extremely difficult to compare prices. I did the math; price comparison vs. other brands to get a full daily value (420 mg) of magnesium, expressed as $/DV:
  • Nature Made: $0.70/DV
  • Sports Research (previous FP deal): $0.57/DV
  • Amazon Elements (this): $0.17/DV
  • Nature's Bounty: $0.32/DV
  • Qunol (from Costco): $0.20/DV
These prices (except Qunol) are from Amazon, taking into account subscribe and save discount and any current coupons present.
