These are garbage. These are half the protein of most brands, yet still have equal or more calories. Do yourself a favor, spend a few more dollars and get a better brand.

Any flavor recommendations?

I wish Amazon didn't aggregate the reviews of every flavor together.

I don't mind the lower protein as I use them more as a meal replacement or if I get ungry in the middle of the night.

Not true for all flavors!
For instance, the Atkins Cafe Late has the same amount as Premier. 30G. And it has a great flavor. Had been on sale a few times for under a buck each, too. This time it's at the $1.50 range. Still a better price than Costco's for Premier when it's on sale, nowadays.

Update: The new packaging (in EVERY first picture) shows all flavors having 30G of protein.

The Atkins Strong ones are also on the same coupon (click Shop Items from the product page under the coupon info). Those are 30g per 170. Though they keep the calorie count down with 7g insoluble fiber, which some people don't digest well.

I've got kidney disease and had to stop drinking shakes with more than 15g of protein. These are the best ones that fit the bill. It depends on your needs.
