I have had horrible luck with 2032 going dead before use. I dont know if that's a me thing, but buying a large amount maybe not ideal for occasional use.

I bought a bunch of Headway 38120s, and a couple Blue Energy packs dropped out of a Honda hybrid for various projects from Battery Hookup. Great company.

Haven't met a rechargeable 2032 yet, so I'm in for a pack. Thanks!
The ML2032 exists.
Oh hey, look at that!

$19.13 for shipping to Northern California Frown
Seems to me like shipping on batteries is in a special class of shipping, especially if it's a lithium based battery! So shipping tends to be pricey! There's a place about 45 minutes from me that sells pulled batteries for EV's and 18650 batteries from all kinds of stuff for good prices, but shipping is outrageous and kills the deal. I'd have to take a day of of work to drive there to pick them up which also equates to lost $$$..

Life is too short to deal with this kind of thing. Is the headache these batteries may cause really worth saving some petty cash?

The bigger problem is that I doubt I will ever use 200 AAA batteries before their shelf life expires

Funny that this place recycles batteries by sending them to other people to throw them in their garbage.

offtopic: what's the use case for non-rechargeable batteries, other than the 1.5V vs 1.2V difference?

as low quality as you can get. that tester is rinky dink. its basically an empty plastic shell. many times i had to fiddle with it to get any reading. i can only imagine how crappy the batteries are.

Use code "NATESDIY" for 5% off. A variety of other coupon codes exist if you Google searh (this is not my code) which appears to be a marketing tactic and whomever the code is associated with gets 10% of the sale.

Also created Wiki and added this to there.

Or leaking. Kind of like Costco Kirkland batteries vs Duracell, both made at the same factory, but Duracell don't leak over time. Not worth skimping on batteries.

FWIW, I've yet to have Kirklands leak in the 5ish years I've bought them
