These boots are worth the sale price. Don't be fooled by the name. They are not on par with proper work boots. These are not Redwing / Thorogood / Keen / Carolina quality boots.

I'm with the first comment. They're worth the sale price. They're probably not worth the regular price. They're not as comfortable as my last pair of Timberland Pro's but they get the job done now that I'm not full time on the construction site.

Well, thanks, OP. I was waffling over the last deal posted for the Invader hiking boots. $83 plus shipping just couldn't get me to push the button.

However, your promo code got things down to a much more appealing $60 and free shipping.

These will be for casual, occasional use so I'm not concerned about suitability for work sites.

Good deal for work boots. The webpage is also showing the code 60sale on select boots. On a related note - don't use ID me - it will override other discounts with the ID me discount which is not as good.

I used to use CATS with similar tread when working in all weather at a shipping hub for years. not great for ice and water - one particularly nasty fall on some ice covered grating, I ended up with a nasty cut on my knee.

they were great for the rest of the year though, and are really good for this price.. if Ice usability is a real concern, get some timberland Pros. they are grippy in all conditions, more waterproof, and warmer. the price is worth it.
