Are these capsules pricier than the classic version? After using the classic for 10 years, I was planning to upgrade. It seems like the pods are >$1 for this one, compared to $0.8 of classic

Unfortunately, yes, the Vertuo capsules are pricier. If you're coming from a Classic, I'd probably stick with that line since the capsules are cheaper and more readily available, including from third-parties. With the Vertuo line, Nespresso still holds the patent on those capsules, so you can only get them from Nespresso (or get the Starbucks branded ones at retailers who carry them).
On the other hand, if you drink more black coffee than espresso, the Vertuo line is heads and tails above a Keurig, and it's not even close.
