Stop spreading misinformation if you failed to read. There's no bill credit with this bill so pay it off or not and it'll get unlocked within 60 days of activation.

Do you have to sign up with a contract with Verizon for this? When I tried to purchase it, it showed "Verizon Device Payment with Down Payment" $-11.09/mo + $898.00 down. Payment of $898.00 due to walmart, $28.91 due to Verizon
