No, this is the smaller S controller. Hyperkin does make a modern USB version of the Duke, though.

The wireless protocol Microsoft uses is proprietary and has pretty big license fees attached, so most 3rd party accessories are wired to keep costs down. I do think that a set of back paddles would be a nice addition as a perk for having to be tethered, though.
