My favorite headlight! Independent control of flood and spot emitters is great.
Doesn't have red (or green) lights if you're after that.
Pretty sure this is the best price I have seen so far. Thanks OP, in for another one (already have the SFT40 (?) version with a more focused spot).

One of us! I have the HS21 because the rotary mode selector is awesome plus red is useful from time to time. No such thing as too many flashlights, especially headlamps!

HS20 also got solid review from zeroair, and keep in mind that the light was $42 at the time of the review. Literally half of that currently on this sale.

Their aliexpress store shows 5500K and 6500K options for this emitter. Their website only shows 6500K. I think this would be the 6500K option.

I'd probably get the 5500K from aliexpress instead. https://www.aliexpress.us/item/32...85449.html

The battery lasts for 320 mins so 5+ hours starting at 300 lumens and ending at 200 lumens due to lower voltage on the battery.

5 hours is great for 18650, and 200 lumens is surprisingly bright.

There is an SFT40 option for the spot which you linked to. It says 6000K, and is clearly cooler tint than the flood light, which is the same for both versions. The OPs version with a Cree XHP50.2 for the spot is brighter, but not as tightly focused.
It's slightly confusing as each version has different emitters, but I don't think it is 5500K vs 6500K, rather SFT40 vs XHP50.2.

Exactly. Also the XHP50.2 is a pretty interesting choice for the spotlight since it doesn't have as much throw but gets pretty crazy lumens. From what I saw on the review, it does put out the promised candela but perhaps is something between a thrower and a floodlight in terms of beam profile. Can't go wrong either way

I'm a mercenary for hire and often drop into hostile territories, would this clash with my Ghillie suit?

The one I linked has these options:

XHP50.2((5300-5700K) natural warm light + LH351D 5000K
XHP50.2(6000-6500K)) natural white light + LH351D 5000K

It's not a SFT40 listing.

Weird, I clicked on it and saw SFT40. Maybe an AE link issue.
Agreed though, if there was a choice I would prefer a slightly warmer tint.

I like Convoy because they have such large variety of emitters and tints on all their lights, but they never run actual sales. Wurkkos has more lights with 519a at 5000k which is great. Sofirn has great lights but emitter selection is a bit lackluster and they have cool tints so they can advertise higher max lumens.

My HS21 has a SFT40 at 6000k, tempted to swap it for 4000k.

These are excellent headlamps. I have one that I keep in my "around the house" toolbag, super handy with both spot and flood. In for two more so I can keep one in the garage and one in the shop. Great price too, last time was $30.39 shipped.

6.3 oz / 178 g

Super comfy and easy to wear as it has both a strap around your head and one that crosses over the top.
