Is that right? What do people think? I have a bunch of stuff that I got a bunch of these ceramic coated fry pans and pots that I got from Ollie's. I think it's a Southern only chain of discount stores. A few little chips in them and I'm chucking them out. Stainless steel or cast iron for me and my precious little ones. . I don't care, just use some steel wool to clean them.
Non-stick is Forever ♾️ chemicals.
It specifically states that's not the case.

Demeyere Atlantis pots are a once in a lifetime purchase. The benefits easily justify the cost to me every day. They will outlast 30 of these junk cookwares but importantly yield unmatched results and saving $$$ on produce and energy costs along the way. The energy efficiency and performance are unmatched by a very large margin. Demeyere's top-of-the-line offers a hardened highly polished imppurity-free stainless steel interior which wipes clean with scratchless sponges. If accidentally burned they are easily restored but burning is 100% avoidable when using induction. 'Non-stick' is neither useful nor desired. Use the combination to achieve the best results.
The ergonomic stay-cool handles are great. No rivets, sanitary easier cleaning. Efficiency allows one to cook with 600 watts induction with instant heat. Dripless rims are very well done. The stainless double insulated lids are condensing to preserve delicate volatiles resulting in richer more flavorful sauces. For speed convenience health and improved nutrition with no lost vitamins they will steam fresh produce in their own juices at very low wattage. The increasing cost of food allows Demeyere to pay for itself in short order. I use the improved version of Nuwave Titanium set the temp and time and walk away. My only regret is not having purchased Demeyere Atlantis and Proline sooner having wasted $$$ buying expensive cookware without these features and which wasn't designed for induction which is not the same as 'induction ready'.

Any non stick coating is forever chemicals. Manufacturers can change the name or drop one atom off of a hundreds of atom long molecule and claim it's new and different, and conveniently there is no evidence that the brand "new" type of coating stays in the body forever or is linked to increased risk of many serious diseases, but I personally think dropping one atom off the extremely long chain is probably close enough to the original Teflon that I avoid nonstick pans for everything, except the occasional omelet. I'm not sure why anyone would even need a nonstick saucepan.
