YMMV, but I ordered a Pixel 10 with the other trade in deal for T-Mobile and received it last week. It had a really inconsistent scrolling feel and would lag when scrolling on most apps. I have never experienced that before on a modern phone and it was extremely frustrating to use. A search on Google will return results of other people dealing with similar issues on the Pixel 10. It seems to vary in severity from device to device though. Mine was pretty bad. Also, it had poor wifi connectivity when compared side by side to a Pixel 7. I ended up returning it and will be just sticking with my Pixel 7 for the time being. Between the iPhone 17 and any Pixel 10 model I would go with the iPhone based on my experience.
This sounds like a display setting error. They came out with super high hz screens and didn't calibrate them correctly.

Why do all pixel phones use much slower than Snapdragon CPUs? Every gen, Tensor is 30-50% slower than Snapdragon.

Because Google sucks at picking and designing a chip. Even when switching to TSMC which is the leader in producing high-quality chips. They're using Googles designs for the chips which produces crappy results. Apple uses TSMC, NVIDIA uses TSMC, AMD uses TSMC...

Everyone uses TSMC, so they're not the problem and we can no longer blame Samsung for Google's crappy Tensor chips. It's Google being cheap, plain and simple, just like they cheaped out on hardware and instead rely on software gimmicks.

Honestly not a bad deal for the bigger pro model, especially with a bigger storage and same price as the lil pro as long as you have a trade in. Just wish the Jade color was an option for T-Mobile as well.

I'm assuming you can do this at Costco and get the activation fee waived as well as the $100, which might make this slick.

Guess what? You would not notice the difference in your daily life. I have 16 pro max, s25 ultra, n 10 pro XL. I can't tell which is faster on my YouTube videos or scrolling online. They felt the same to me

YMMV but my Pixel 10 XL scrolling is smooth at 120hz.

Pixel user here.
Pixel is great for everyday tasks but sucks at gaming/benchmarks.
It really really sucks at gaming. Also gets hot during charge.

Did they charge you a restock fee? I was ready to pull the trigger on a Pixel 10 with trade-in from T-mobile last week, and they said if I returned it there would be a $75 restock fee

Yeah they did. They told me it would be around $75 just like with you, but I negotiated it down to $35 after talking to a T-Mobile representative over the phone.

Stopped by the T-Mobile store at Costco and picked up the Pro XL for $999. Got $800 for my trade-in, no activation fee, and a $100 Costco gift card.
