If you qualify for this promotion, remember you cannot cancel any lines for 1 year otherwise your free line becomes a paid line.

simple choice plan here. tried to chat them when this deal first posted. got all the way to the end of the road and was told i dont qualify. sent cropped screenshot of the text and email (posted in this thread). no go. denied. i just had some downtime at work and dialed 611. i didnt even need to say the promotion name or ID. i just said "i'm calling to add a free line to my account." she said ok, that will be 10 dollars. do you need a sim? yes. ok. done. took all of 10 minutes. so moral of this story is that you just need to call and get the right representative.
From page 1, in case you need it.

Congrats on your new free line. If you want to be super safe, you can hold of on using the line until you verify on your bill that you are receiving the free line promotion ID250385. If you don't use a line and you end up being billed for it, you can ask for a "no install" to reverse the charges and cancel the line.
this one is also a little unique in that i asked about how my bill would change (line tax, regulatory, etc.) and the final sum was 40cents. i had her confirm it 2 more times. i pay taxes and fees on my other "free lines" in the amount of around 6 bucks per line. so i'll take 40cents any day. but now i just need to be extra cautious about what she added lol.
I received SIM today, but when I go to tmobile.com -> Account activity -> History -> I see this:
"New line xxx-xxx-xxxx on the SC FM UTT+ 6GB 2 Line Promo plan for $20.0 per month plus taxes and fees.
Why there is $20 per month???
What should I do?
do you see the same?

I think all good:
Under "Current Promotions" tab I see:
My New SIM number xxx-xxx-xxxx
"Line Discount ID250385 = Enrolled - Active

If this is correct, then congrats, you got a free line even though T-mobile didn't notify you initially.

Yes, 2 paid lines with 1 free line. Currently paying $110.
The One All In plan never qualifies for free lines after the initial one afaik. You might want to verify if that is the case.
Anyone know if there's a similar SOC that allows for additional lines?
