Just get an nvme adapter for your pc off amazon for $8 and test it on crystaldisk, I got plenty of drives via refurb on BB with less than 100 hours and 99% excellent health.

Some guy probably with Cheeto dust hands gave it a look for 5 seconds and called it good.

I've bought a few refurbished nvme from BB and have not had any issues, but many people have. Some suggests doing an in store pickup so you can check the item at pickup to make sure it's what you ordered.

Make sure you run the firmware update. Then it will most likely fix the issue that people returned it for. (Frequent disconnects)

yeah, after fixing what geeksquad looked at now than I can count, and them charging 2-300 dollars just to look at it, I would check this really well just in case. might be a great deal, but I would trust geeksquad to do anything.

Sorry, typing on my phone. I've gone behind geeksquad more times than I can count fixing what they couldn't. I WOULD NOT trust anything they've looked at and would test it well day one so I could return it quick if there's a problem. it probably got plugged up, recognized, unplugged and thrown in a stack. I doubt they ran any kind of real tests on it.
