pentel energel line is also very nice as far as gel pens go, and their inserts/refills fit into the s-gel bodies, which is nice, because the s-gel bodies are more comfortable than the energel bodies.
I do find the finer width energel pens write a little less scratchy than s-gel, so if you like gel, and like fine point (finer than .7, I'd say), I would suggest getting some energel inserts and throwing them into s-gel bodies.
