I have this plan purchased at $112.50 annually from last SD frontpage deal. T-Mobile option. Rock solid coverage, no drops, easy transfer and accessible app. Couldn't be happier. On the 15gb plan and my usage averages 13-14gb monthly. very slick deal for users like me.

Did you buy the esim from Amazon and then upgrade later from the infimobile site? Or did you purchase the 15GB $112 directly from infimobile? I notice the taxed from infimobile is much higher than from Amazon b/c of the 911 $18 fee.
Between the 3 plans that I just upgraded with this offer, one is linked to a physical SIM from Amazon, one was an eSIM that started as a physical SIM from Amazon but was recently converted to an eSIM directly through InfiMobile (via their SIM Replacement option on their website, cost $5 + tax, unfortunately...), and the third was an eSIM that was directly purchased from InfiMobile. So pretty much a mix... But when you go to the Recharge option on their website, it walks you through the same process for all lines, which basically consists of just entering the phone number. Try it yourself, and if you are changing/upgrading plans, you'll see the prompt about upgrading immediately or later.
So, does this mean you couldn't purchase from Amz and just went with the Recharge later option from Infi website? I am seeing a Prepaid Wireless 911 Surcharge of $23.400 when going thru Infi website.

Maybe use the upgrade later option if that's possible? I have a 10GB/month plan that ends in January 2026, but I am going to add this 15 GB plan with upgrade option so it starts right after the 10GB plan ends. But if you need the 15 GB/month plan now, guess you can't do this.
I just renewed three of my plans--one already on the 15GB/month scheme, and two others on the 10GB/month plan. In all cases, I used the upgrade later option so it should start right after the existing plans end.

With tax/fees it is about $120, but for essentially $10/month for 15GB data/month, I think this is a great deal!
Where do you select the option to "Upgrade Later"?
If your current plan is NOT the 15GB/month plan, once you select the 15GB/month plan, you'll see a pop-up box on your screen with two options--upgrade now and upgrade later. You can get to that step without any type of commitment. Start with the Recharge link on the left, enter your InfiMobile phone number twice, and an new screen with your current plan checked off will appear. If you then select the 15GB/month plan option (or probably any other that is not the same as your current plan), you will get the two options pop-up. You can cancel from there--no commitment whatsoever.

No, I had a mix of SIMs with origins both from Amazon and directly from an InfiMobile website purchase. But all three functioned exactly the same at this point. I went to Recharge on the left, entered the InfiMobile number of interest twice, and then checked off the 15GB/month plan for $112/year.

I mean, I had no real reason to purchase through Amazon, I already had InfiMobile SIMs/service. So that's why I renewed directly on their website.

It sounds like in some cases, going through the InfiMobile website directly comes out more expensive than an Amazon purchase. But it's a trade-off, I guess, no Amazon middleman and uncertainty about whether a pSIM or eSIM purchased on Amazon can be applied to an existing InfiMobile line. If you are looking for a new number, this is not a consideration.

I don't know how you did this, because I've tried on Chrome, Firefox, and Chrom on my iPhone, all failed. Currently chatting with rep to figure out what the hell is going on.

For folks curious about the quality of InfiMobile, you can buy a 1-month SIM for dirt cheap for testing either VZN or TMO coverage. In fact, right now, they are offering a superbasic plan for just $2.50/month, or $30 year. It gives you 500MB/month data and 100 voice minutes/text per month. This is not a lot by any means, but for $30, it might be worth the peace of mind before you invest in a higher priced plan with them.

Sorry to hear it is not working for you. I didn't do anything special for my part and I'm not the only one who has been able to do this. So maybe their website is having intermittent problems? Or maybe there is a hiccup somewhere in the path from your device to their website? The sale supposedly runs till September 30 so maybe try again tomorrow?

I've recharged myself last year for 4 phone numbers without any issues, so I don't know why I can't do it now. Chatted with the rep and managed to get one number recharged through very convoluted means, while the 2nd number I wanted to recharge would get declined 3 times by 3 different credit cards. I've expressed dissatisfaction with their terrible website, but I don't know if it'll fix anything.

I moved from 8gb RedPocket plan to Infi.
Few observations:
  1. Enabling Wifi calling costs around $5 plus tax
  2. Activating International call is $5 per month
  3. To enable hotspot additional payment is reqd.
  4. Since this is regular sim, using esim also requires additional payment.
Finally no concern with service as such.

Can anyone confirm if the esim is a physical delivery or by email from Amazon?

Do they use any other carriers?
T-Mobile and Verizon only to the best of my knowledge my T-Mobile option has been great.
I am on Verizon and no issues at all for me.
I just added another year, it is the same price on their website now, so you can renew on the site and add another year at this price.
I have been waiting for this to pop up, I did my wife a few months ago (she is on the 5 gig plan, and got another year for $65 for her).
I need to get my mom and sister on this plan (the 10 or 15 gig plan for my sister, and 5 gig plan for my mom), they are on Xfinity and are spending about $50/month total for the 2 of them using about 5 gigs of data.

I don't see Wi-Fi calling mentioned on the Amazon page. Is Wi-Fi calling supported on their Verizon plan? At RedPocket I could not get Wi-Fi calling working on their Verizon plan.

Looks to be the same price, but with a bonus of 3 free months of hotspot, and refer a friend $5 option directly through the infinimobile website. Any reason to choose the Amazon path instead?
