I bought this thing last time. The quality is not great. Very finicky to get it to take a reading compared to my other O2 sat monitor. Part of the plastic fell off right away. It's amazing that you can buy a functional monitor at this price. That said, I would spend a few dollars more and get a better one.

Temperature reading on one of the most distal parts of the extremity would yield inaccurate temperatures. You want a core temperature, or a close approximation. Rectal, Sublingual, esophageal, or posterior nasal. A fingertip temp is essentially useless.
