Just a heads up. Not sure whether it's the USB enclosure that's the issue or the drive itself, but... if you plan to run it 24x7, you might at least need to power cycle it now and then.

I did buy 2 of these 26TB models for 250 dollars each like others mentioned. I am too "scared and worried" to use this drive in NAS/DAS or 24/7 use. But simple load and closet seems super safe for me. So I only have 20-30 hours log in time on them, when I unboxed it and took the time to load it up. 240 MB's speeds for me. As time goes on, and I watch you guys test them in NAS'S and DAS's in 24/7 situations, I might be safe for me to put my toes in the water and advance to using it more. But mostly I use NVMe/SSD's and microSD cards for daily lifting.
