Eligible customers will have a '2025 Loyalty Trade' segment noted on their account. This started in July, and works on iPhone 17 now.

I'm on Essentials plan and T-life app but didnt see this promo. Is it best to just call and see if we qualify? Wonder if this will become like the iphone 15 fiasco where everyone was being approved for the promo, lol

When I shop in T-Life, it does show the $830 off, but clearly states it's only for "Experience More" or "Go5G Plus" plans. I'm still on an old "One Plan Amplified". I guess I could call or check in store, but most of the times these discount don't apply to my old plan.
