Just heading off the inevitable ask; both Tron films ARE MA compatible.

For those who want to purchase through Fandango, look into a service called Gift Card Exchange (GCE), formerly called, "Raise". They have an app and website that I've used for years. Fandango gift cards are pretty much always somewhere between ~12% - 20% off. I never make a purchase on Fandango without adding gift card credit to maximize my savings (digital or theater tickets). Well worth it if you use Fandango every now and then.

So is this the remastered version which is supposed to drop at the end of the month, or just a 4K uprez? Disney had a big announcement that they restored Tron and Tron Legacy with HDR and Dolby Atmos in 4k, with repaired VFX in the original and cleaned up image definition. It's supposed to be a big deal. I have the steelbook preordered.
Just watched the upgraded 4K version on Disney+ and it was gorgeous. Plus, the movie holds up well and landed great with our kids. Supposedly the new film is a little more edgy (PG-13 instead of PG)

Just you say you just wanted an excuse to not buy the films.Because one and come out at the end of the month so all you would be waiting for is the 3rd film which Disney would probably release the the home version im about 3 months so why wouldn't you just buy the two then wait for the third one. They not going add any new features and the price is usually more expensive for box set then separately.
