My VonsForU Rewards program in San Diego gave me an -unlimited- 10x Rewards on $50 Lowe's and Zift Zillions gift cards this week, expiring Saturday 9/27. Confirmed at Safeway Bay Area for my mom. Appears to be physical only, but physical Zift Zillions convert to merchant eGift cards on their web site.
Vons Rewards can be converted to cash back on food and gas, or deals on other grocery items.
The Vons grocery Rewards levels are:
$7 for 500 points,
$10 for 700 points,
$15 for 1000 points,
$20 for 1200 points.
Might be targeted, but my mom got it at Safeway. Maybe Albertsons, listed in the Terms.
This is much better than recent Kroger and GiftCards.com offers, both of which were run by scummy BlackHawk Network, who seem to specialize in denying my purchases. They cancelled all FIVE of my orders over the weekend thru those two deals and refused to resolve them.
This is my revenge!

Vons Rewards points can be converted to dollars off groceries or gas, or to products at Vons offered in Vons JustForU (VonsForU).
The scale at which the Rewards points are converted to grocery cash back is:
$7 off next $7+ purchase for 500 points,
$10 off next $10+ purchase for 700 points,
$15 off next $15+ purchase for 1000 points,
$20 off next $20+ purchase for 1200 points.
So if you buy 5 $50 gift cards =$250 = 2500 Rewards points.
1200 points (from $120 in gift cards) can be redeemed online for a Reward giving you $20 off your next $20+ purchase at Vons when you use your phone/account number. That equals 16.67% back. Best I've seen recently for Lowe's.
2500 points gives you 2 such $20 Rewards =$40, plus another 100 points.
The offer is unlimited, so buy as many as you like, for however much you'd like to churn.
The points can also be converted to cash off gas, up to $1 per gallon IIRC, but there's only a few Vons gas stations scattered around San Diego.
This worked perfectly and immediately last night. I shop at Vons, so this is cash to me. Much easier than dealing with the scuzzy BlackHawk Network at GiftCards.com.
Please note the points must be converted to Rewards or they expire within a month or two. When you do convert them to $off your next purchase or free products, you have until the end of the following month to make that purchase before the Reward expires.
Note that the physical Zift Zillions cards must be converted to eGift Cards on their web site for a variety of merchants, including Lowe's, Macy's, Rack, Outback, Cheesecake Factory, Applebees, Cracker Barrel!, PF Changs, Kohls, Gap, Chilis, Total Wine, etc.
Also I also charged it to my Citi custom cash for an additional 5% back on groceries.
now apparently on Saturdays and Sundays there's a just4u coupon for 4X points back on any gift cards.... does anybody know if they stack?
