Yep. I can confirm these don't affect my blood glucose when I am wearing a CGM

Not my favorite quest flavor, but if you like tootsie rolls than you will likely enjoy this flavor. It has the consistency of a sugar free tootsie roll except its made out of protein and fiber instead of sugar and corn syrup.

Lindora bars contain maltose & maltitol, which is known to spike blood sugar, even if it's considered low-carb, Quest does not spike blood sugar, thus better for keto.

The original formula was fantastic. But when they switched to corn fiber (sugar alcohols) several years ago I had to quit eating them due to the gastric distress they cause. Just nasty side effects now. Switched to Costco's Kirkland which don't affect me adversely and no longer have that issue.

Funny enough I love chocolate but my favorite quest flavors are the non-chocolate ones, like the blueberry, smores and white chocolate raspberry.

Is this the reason I been farting so damn much!? I was wondering what has changed cause I have a strict diet and started eating quest bars like a month ago and have been really gassy.

I'm eating a ton of these (this is not a good price btw). I go to bathroom maybe once in 2-3 days. guess it's individual tho.
